I am afraid that DJI would probably not halt production due to a faulty product/software. Their focus seems to be on sales and pushing as many products out the door as fast as they can. They are riding high on the drone craze and it's just a big money grab for them. Fixing problems and true customer experience seem to be low on the priority list.
At least that is the perception that they seem to be projecting. Perception counts for a lot whether actually true or not. Maybe they truly care and are working hard in the background trying to come of with a fix, but their silence speaks volumes.
Sorry, to be so vocal about this, but I come from a background of working for companies and running a few of my own that make customer service a very high priority. It really bothers me when I see one treating their customers like this. |
