Yesterday I purchased DJI Mic 2 with 2 transmitters and receiver. I tried to use them today but the Mics are NOT working on Bluetooth at all! I took them back to the DJI store in Thailand where I purchased them and they said that it has been a known problem for a while now. The store will not refund saying they only accept returns on the same day of purchase. I read on here there is a 14 day return policy. The product does NOT do what it says it can do. Now I am out of pocket over $550 AUD! In the store, the shopkeepers could not get the Bluetooth to work on our phones or theirs. So 0/4 phones did not work even when using Black Magic App. How do I get a refund for a product that does not do what it says it can. BTW it does work with the receiver but we purchased because it says it has Bluetooth capability!

As for the Bluetooth issue, may I confirm if you mean connecting the receiver to your mobile phone via Bluetooth? Could you please tell us the model of your phone?
