Worked fine this morning, don't know what happened.
I get an error message that says:"problem with DJI Fly. There's a bug that needs to be fixed by the developer". Very strange. App version 1.13.10.

The initial error message said that I needed to clear the cache, which I did. I also rebooted the phone. Nothing helps.

Later I uninstalled, rebooted, downloaded the latest version directly from DJI (same version I had installed).
When I tried to install I received an error msg saying that the app was designed for a previous android version and therefore is unsafe...
I installed nonetheless but the problem persists.

I was out in the field today, did not download anything and did not install anything. Again, in the morning the app and the drone worked perfectly.

Thank you, it solved the issue.
When I installed the file, the version number was the same as the one I had installed.
Further, later in the day a new version was released - afain, it is the same version number....

Hi
Turns out that the update offered was the same faulty version.
However, the bug now manifests differently.
It still wants to clear the cache, but now the app opens up to the state where the satellites are recognized, says ready to take off, but the screen is back- no oil ture, and then auto restarts.

Please repost the temp version link ASAP.

Thanks

I uninstalled and downloaded the app v1.310 beta version from the link above, &  appears to have fixed the fly-app crashing on start up &  the Mavic3 fly's properly when i tested it this morning.

My worry is the DJI fly app  keep requesting me to update back to v1.140 which is the app version I was having trouble with after the last update that had caused my issue in the first place.

Has that crashing fix been updated so I can safely update the dji fly v1.140 to clear the update nag-wear pop-up?

Similar issue here.
Just bought my Mini 3. Installed DJI Fly app on my Samsung S22 through official website (version 1.14). First hours it worked fine. Unfortunately, at some point it started crashing when trying to connect with the drone. It goes back to main menu of the Fly App, then it tries to connect again with the drone, I get to see some flight data but before the camera view is turned on, it crashes back to main menu in an endless loop.
Only solution that worked so far is to clear all app data, but after a while, the issue comes back.
I've tried uninstalling the app several times, to no avail.
I'm really upset about this issue, which makes my new Mini 3 almost unusable. I'm also experiencing some other not-so-relevant issues with the App, so I'm seriously considering shipping it back, which would be a real shame.

The DJI fly 1.14.1 worked great for my mavic3 with its own RC-N1 controller
But still crashes when trying to connect  using my Mini2 with its own RC-N1 controller.
the app keeps crashing until t give me the message " Something went wrong with the DJI fly app"

I am using the same device/phone for both Mavic3 and Mini2  drones with their own RC-N1controller
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra running Android 14  with security-update on Sept 4th  which is on the accepted device list

So I don't understand why the fly app works for one drone and not the other on the same device?

Bons vols,
