DJI just recently upgraded their Inspire 3 care refresh policy and included the DL lenses.

I contacted dji online support to find out what is covered exactly as there is no real policy available on their website.
The question was is internal cleaning included.

The answer of the dji online support was yes / deep cleaning (as can be seen in my scren shot from today)

Could anyone from DJI conform this again?
As I would send them my lenses for internal dust cleaning.

Hello Coyut, yes, the Factory Maintenance of DJI Care Pro for Inspire 3 support deep cleaning for the lens, application quota: once for one year coverage; twice for 2 years of coverage.
And please send the whole package back for the Factory Maintenance instead of the lens only. Hope this is informative for you.

We need the drone to work. So I would rather like to send just some lenses.

What is your relationship with dji? As if your name it does not suggest you are working for dji.

Yes, shipping from Switzerland is included. I understand your request to send just the lens, however, we may not suggest sending the lens only. So you can send it when it is convenient.
The maintenance service can be initiated here, the estimated turnaround time is 7 business days, excluding shipping time for both ways. We got the FAQ section on the website for your reference about the maintenance service.
