Well, I ordered at flymore pack this morning.  I already have the goggles three and hand controller.  I hope to use it with my 5-year-old grandson. He can learn to use the hand gestures to control it.

Hope you have your great time with your grandson! Well…. I began flying drones just as same as what you will do with your grandchild….. During pandemic, I couldn’t hang around with my friends, so I was looking for something to play with in the garage. And I found a drone that my dad flew with me 5 years ago….
Now, I’m back tomorrow my hometown, South Korea, finishing all the curriculum related subjects before going to high school, so that I can go to aerospace engineering and join Dji…….

NEO AI is a great new capability, can’t wait too see how updates increase the possibilities of this clever new drone.

what are the Steps required to back up DJI flight records, and store the record offline.
Note: I currently fly my drones in the UK, but want to backup my flight records in case the NoSync function spreads to other areas than the USA.

The Neo looks like an advanced drone.

Disappointed! I ordered the Neo as a stand alone unit because I have Mini 4 Pro controller. Now I can't order extra batteries for my Neo because they're out of stock! Got to do better DJI!

Can Neo track moving objects  like  cars, boats or other remote vehicles with the use of RC2 controller? I know it can easily track humans haven't tried it con animals.

Yeah, that is a bummer. Usually the case though close to launch dates.
They will get back in stock after some time.

So far is very underwhelming, he is very bumpy with the tracking, spotlight, all the modes the far distance is still way to close, anything that involves  jumping and running will make the drone go crazy, many options missing like changing controls on the phone app, no info about storage, direction tracking is not working at all. really hope dji gets to fix this issues

Can anyone suggest what software I can use on iPhone 14 to view a sphere panorama. Have tried several but none seem to work without distorting images. My apologies, I have posted this on a Neo discussion page. I have some sphere panos taken with my Mini2se.

My Neo now has a complete mind of its own after the latest update.
Using dronies mode it takes off and then goes sideways , when it returns it won't come near enough for me to get my palm underneath and just hovers out of reach.
These actions have been under perfect light and with solid ground underneath.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So far so good. i would not trust it to track me while doing action sports, as i have lost it to trees and the device lost my tracking while just walking through basic terrain. i stood next to a tree and it started to track the tree and not me. i even wore a bright orange hat so i was easier to track. i even put my phone in my pocket hoping it would marry the gps on my phone and it does not. i like the device and think its pretty rad, i just wouldnt trust it going down a mountain that i cant turn back on.

It is my understanding that the drone will return to where it took off if I do a dronie from my palm, is that correct?

The Neo doesn't return to where it took off and is out of reach..

Hello. When using DJI Neo with a remote controller, the Smart Return to Home (RTH) function can be enabled. There is only landing function due to critically low battery and no Smart RTH option if DJI Neo is controlled via Wi-Fi or without a controller.

Neo is my first drone and I really loved it. The only negative point for me is the battery. Please dji, bring us some better battery for Neo

I am most excited about the AI tracking that can follow you through dense brush or trees.

nust got one and try it out, but having problem with download the video from the drone to my iphone (13 Pro), its 0% after long time and error and keep on like that. The cable in the box for transfer data do not fit my iphone . Can anyone help me and advice how i can download it ? thank you

Can we expect shooting RAW pictures in the near future. By the next firmware maybe? What's really keeping the NEO from shooting RAW? Thanks.

      Just received my Neo yesterday and am playing/figuring this out.
A question, I was testing out the follow, and at the time, was also connected to the drone via my Apple phone.
(phone was in my pocket)
My question is, if the Neo is connected to my phone, will it not recognize my palm to land?  It would not land in my palm and
I ended up grabbing it out of the air.
