Hi,

Just purchased a pocket 3 today, did all the setting up and registering all working fine. Then did the software upgrade and now it doesn't work properly. Turn it on and the gimbal  jogs back and forth for a few a few seconds and then a message saying Gimbal Protection, with an exit button. Press exit button and off it goes again for a few seconds. Gimbal no longer operates. When I turn it off it starts jogging again until it fully shuts down.

Can I undo/redo the update or is there something else faulty!

Just discovered that when it is turned off the gimbal isn't locking and I think the camera is staying on as battery is draining and the gimbal starts its jogging again.

OK, forget all that, it has just started working again! The left right arm had stopped working but was stuck, whilst the other two were just free wheeling, while putting it away it cam free and now it is back to normal. A mystery. Just hope it doesn't do it again!!!

Hi Natalia,

I haven’t tried it since it started working but will use it tomorrow and let you know what happens.

Hopefully it will ll be OK.

Used a few time and no repeat of the problem, so hopefully just a minor glitch.

Please turn on the  camera go to the Cog the settings and scroll to Recalibrate,   without anything on the bottom on a flat surface calibrate,  it takes a few seconds, that may help clear any issues that the product, got bounced in shipping.
