Does DJI Neo work with RC Controller?

It's all part of DJI drawing a line in the sand of new devices needing O4 going forward and cutting off us folks with mini 3's that work fine and take the same quality pictures as the Mini 4.  

As an owner of the DJI RC controller and someone who is interested in the NEO, I would also like to see support for the NEO added to the RC.  I think there are a few Mini 3 pro owners who might like a Neo who won't buy it without that functionality.

I just order dji neo basic yesterday, I have dji RC, today I update the firmware hopefully I can use it on dji neo. But than I read this post, I’m so sad

RC-N1C Needs to be compatible especially us folks with multiple drones in our quiver. If the neo doesn’t allow this I probably won’t get one and a simple update will keep DJI from selling thousands. As I’m not spending more on a controller than a drone. Sorry. So that’s completely up to DJI to allow this.
But I’d be lying if I said this would benefit DJI greatly.

If you have to return it. It’s not worth spending on a neo only to spend 2x more on a controller to use it. And it’s as fast or slower than a Mavic mini. I’ll pass cool lil drone but. I see a lot of neo’s crashing from follow mode.

Is there any chance that dji neo will support rc-n1 controller?

I have the same problem. I got the dji mini with rc controller. I like the screen and no need to use a mobile phone as a screen. I have many Drohnes from Dji. The Phantom was my first than the mavic pro. The mini 1 and mini2. As i  first saw the neo i was impressed but i don‘t buy a neo bundle with controller that have no screen. I have the modern RC Controller with screen, that controller isn‘t old. So please make an update and support this great product with the neo. I see no reason why dji think, we can buy every year new controller. I have a modern RC Controller so go on and support this Controller, with the neo. I don‘t fly a drone with my mobile phone. I know the neo can fly without a controller but if you like more professional control about the neo you need a controller. Dji change your mind and hear to your community!

Please add me too. To the list i purchased both s dji mini 2 se and a mini 3 pro this year through dji. And now have 2 contollers the RC1 and the RC with the screen and are both incompatible with the neo.

Please add compatibility for the RC1, can't understand why it's not already supported, unless of course it's just greed on behalf of DJI in forcing additional purchases for extra unnecessary controllers.

Be great if it was supported. I’d consider investing in a neo then as it would great value for money.

+1 for supporting the RC1. I would love to buy this to supplement my Mavic but buying another controller is not in my budget.

I've seen several "suggestions" made and wonder - has DJI ever accepted and implemented one?  

It is in the RC 2 Controller Software after Update, but I can not connect the Noe with the RC 2 Controller
