Hello
I recently purchased a action 4 and its been working great. The only issue i am having is that i can not edit on the dji mimo app. This first occured when I tried to use the one tap edit function and when i select a clip(s) to add it always says "failed to download file". This issue also occurs in not only the one  tap edit function but also the normal editing mode. I tried to turn off my cellular data as another post suggested but that did not solve the issue. Thanks for your help

Hi there, thank you for the screenshot shared above. Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if it works:
1. Check whether the DJI Mimo firmware is the latest version ( iOS Version v2.0.12, Android Version v2.0.14 )
2) Check whether the Osmo Action 4 firmware is the latest version ( v01.04.07.10 )
3) Restore factory settings.
4) After reconnecting Osmo Action 4 to DJI Mimo via Wi-Fi, download a material, and see if this issue reoccurs.

I have an issue too, i have been stop using my action 4 for almost 3 months and when i will be using it, the batteryhub does blink when charging. Have any one experience the same thing and Is there any solution to this , thank you
