Hello,

i just received my DJI Neo today and can't get the N3 controller to work with my Samsung S21 Ultra.
The controller isn't recognized, can only control it via the app. Anyone facing similar issues?

Not recognized as in nothing appears on your screen at all? Check your notification drawer (or whatever the thing is called where you pull from the top of the screen with your controls and notifications), there should be a USB device there and you need to select "charge phone only" mode in order for it to work.

Thanks for your reply, I did all that tho.

I had the first Mavic Mini which had similar issues after release with this partical phone and later changed to the Mini 3 Pro with DJI RC (with screen) to prevent those problems.

The controller gets recognized on the hardware-side and starts charging the phone.
After connecting, Android suggests several apps that use the USB permissions / intents - not the DJI Fly app tho (latest version installed of course).

I bought the bundle (Neo + Controller). As already mentioned, there is no error message.
The S21 Ultra detects an USB device but does not suggest the DJI Fly app to use it with.

Same issue on s23 ultra. Phone warns of a high power usb device connected. Using cable supplied in fly more kit.

What an idiot i am! Was trying to use the usb c port at base of RC N3 and not the usb c port just benath the mobile holder! Had enough DJIs in past...just had a memory lapse. All good on S23 Ultra.

If you actually the exact same issue, you might reread the posts of this thread and re-check if you are using the correct USB port.

Hi all. I am selling my RC-N3 that came with my fly more combo but I'm not sure how to unbind it. When I go to mange devices then go to Value added service, there is nothing there. The only option I have is to remove the neo from my account. But I want to keep the drone but sell the remote. Is this possible?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. To unbind the remote controller, the network needs to be connected, and the remote controller and aircraft need to be connected. Then please refer to the below path to unbind the remote controller:
