As you know, with the DJI NEO, it's possible to take photos in both 16:9 and 4:3 formats in all flight modes. However, regarding videos, 16:9 is available for selfie mode and with the remote controller.
Only in FPV mode is it possible to record videos in 4:3.
Since 4:3 video can be useful for directly posting on social media as a kind of vertical format, and 4:3 has decidedly better definition compared to cropping 16:9, I believe it would be essential to have 4:3 for videos in any mode.
Can DJI fulfill this request? Thank you for your attention.

I bought a drone, but I didn’t know that you can only take photos in 4:3 format and not record videos. The drone is meant for social media, and there’s no option to change the size. If there’s no update, the money will have been wasted.
