Mini 4k Video quality issues

I would like to humbly ask for your help.

I recently bought a used Mini 4K drone with less than 3 hours of flight time. Structurally, the drone showed no issues at all, except for the rear propellers, which were slightly damaged, possibly due to hitting a bush or tree. Other than that, I couldn't find a single scratch.

Previously, I had a Mini 2 SE, so I inevitably noticed some issues with the image quality of this drone.

Here are the issues I believe I’ve encountered:
1- Shaky image around the edges, especially on rooftops.
2- 0:42 The gimbal suddenly shifts; it was quite windy, so that might be the cause.
3- 2:00 The crops appear to be shaking.
4- 3:43, 4:29 The gimbal's movement seems to cause slight shakes in the video.
5- Overall, I feel that the video is shaking outside the central point.

What do you notice?

I was thinking of a few options:
Buy a new SD card.
The drone has a DJI Care Refresh subscription; maybe I could send it in, and they could identify the problem.

To be honest, I believe the issue was with the computer I was using to view the video. I tried on another device and couldn’t see the points I had mentioned.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and see if you can isolate the issue.

a. First check the wind velocity in the flight environment: The stabilization effect will be affected by strong wind. We recommend changing to another environment or waiting for some time before taking off again.

b. Please check with the control sticks: If the control stick is pushed with too much force, the aircraft speed will be high, which reduces the stabilization effect. It is recommended to push the control stick gently.

c. Please check whether the propellers are damaged or deformed. If there is any damage and deformation, it is recommended to replace the propellers.

d. Ensure that the aircraft is not in S mode when flying.

e. Remove the microSD card from the aircraft. Place the aircraft in a stable status and restart it.

f. Please try with gimbal calibration, resetting gimbal parameters, and IMU calibration.

g. Connect the corresponding Assistant software for firmware updating (if the firmware is not the latest version) or refresh the firmware (if the firmware is the latest version).
