The kids looked like they had a good time. I was looking at the controller screen  and through the Mirrorless.the whole time. My assistant got most of the ground footage with the Osmo.  She captured most of the kids moments.

I don't know. She wants to fly buy would rather practice on the work we're doing instead of practicing.

I say practice on your own time would be the best way to go from a business standpoint.

I bought simulators for my people to practice on with all of the business scenarios. Bridges, cell towers houses, a football field with camera targets, shopping malls, parks etc. No one wants to use it unless I pay them to practice.

That's sad to hear but doesn't surprise me.  Seems to be the way things are in the workplace now.

I understand that they consider it work, I am looking for people that love what they do. They are hard to find.

My son found the same thing when he had his Marine business.  They built boat docks, boat lifts, piers, etc.  Most new hires didn't come back after they got the first check.  

I really enjoyed the field of law.  However, I did get burnt out at the end due to dealing with difficult and high-maintenance clients that failed to take your legal advice just really frustrated me.

As you get older you have to fire the clients that aggravate you. It's your right.

I never fired any but I had a few that I refused any further legal service to.

Understood. I have let a few go and have told certain clients I'm not the one to do the work for them. Some people will never be happy.

So very true.  I had another attorney call me once about a client I had advised and that refused the legal advise I had provided.  Same thing happened to him he said.  Only this time the client ended up in jail because he failed to heed the legal advice.  There are just some hard headed clients out there that have to learn the hard way.

Most people want to tell us what to do even though they have no experience in doing it. Then they dont like it because its not what they envisioned.

If you don't want to hear the correct answer to your question then don't ask it - was my philosophy.  I was a straight shooter with my legal advice and some appreciated and a few didn't.  I gave up a long time ago on trying to please everybody.

Thats the way to go.when we makewebsites or videos we always get people that insist on too many features. Blinking titles, bigger logos . If everything stands out nothing does. I had someone this week that wanted animated logos, full screen videos, moving backgrounds and rolling text all on rhe same page. I asked them if the circus was coming to town.
