I need a shoulder bag or a hard case for my DJI Neo Fly More Combo. Any recommendations?

I feel the same. I want one that can fit 2 in. I think the Air 2 S bag will work

I happened to have this padded bag available. It fits the drone and all accessories perfectly.
It's one I've had for several years. The emblem on the front just says Sport.

Maybe a weird one but the peak design camera cube v2 (size x-small) is a good option. It can be used as a bag is fully weather sealed and holds battery bank, neo, phone in between them, controller and spare parts in the flap. It can also be used inside backpack as a camera cube. Easy to attach straps like from peak design itself. You can still see the 2 dividers on the side so it can be quick to convert to a storage for say 2 prime lenses when you don't bring your drone.

Or can even fit Neo in the side pocket and leave all your Avata 2 stuff in there (Neo battery hub fits in the slot above Avata 2 props):

I just searched "dji neo case" on Amazon and there are already a few solutions available.

I'v e modified an old Mavic shoulder bag (spare part no. 30), I had lying around. I only had to get rid of the fabric part, that was dividing the bag in the middle. Now it fits the NEO and the N3 or even the NEO and the  RC2. The hub and a charger fits in the front pocket.

Can you show some picks of that setup? I was thinking of doing something like that for my kid, but I doubt goggles would fit in there, right?

My plan.  Adding a handful of parts and accessories has more or less filled the Avata2 Sling Bag.  So instead of a new Neo bag I purchased a new bag designed to hold the Avata2 plus a slot for the FPV RC3 and a much larger zippered mesh sleeve which should allow packing the folding landing pad.

No, unfortuantely the goggles don't fit. It is only the NEO and the RC3 (or the N3)  in the big compartment and the hub and charger in the front.

Were you really able to press the NEO into the outer pocket of the Avata 2 bag? I've tried that, too, but was afraid to break something because it really seems to be a very, very tight fit....

I am looking for a case, for the Neo that will carry the Flymore, which includes the N3, and Goggles 3 and the FPV controller as well.

Not looking for a generic soft bag, but one specifically designed for it with cut outs, if anyone sees one please let me know.

Yeah, fits really nicely if you remove the battery. It's a bit too snug with the battery installed, but still works.
