Hey DJI,

Why are the photo previews taking a long time to show up in DJI Albums. When tapping on the photo sometime it can take 20 or 30 seconds to display a photo!!!!
Videos do NOT play at all from DJI Album... and editing does not work at all in DJI Go 4.3.60. This problem first showed up in DJI Go 4.3.54 and was working fince in DJI Go 4.3.16.

Also I keep getting a update notification to update to version 4.3.62 but fails with "App Not installed" error every time I try... this doesnt worry me as much as the long time to display photos and the videos not playing at all... please help.

Hello DJI.. anyone home?

Come on DJI, surely it's not too much for a loyal customer to ask for a fully functioning product that we paid good money for... is it?

To be clear, I'm talking about Go4 on the CRYSTALSKY monitor...

Holey crap DJI... whats the hold up with your responses? We need fully working equipment that we paid good money for, come on.... no wonder you guys have a communist dictator ship ruling you with an iron fist, you obviously need it to keep you in check... outside of it, like with the many requests in the west, you guys are lazy and take forever for get work done.... come people!!!! Do you hate us because we're western or something or is it just a lack of respect? COME ON!! Fix the bugs in the CrystalSky DJI Go4 app... VIDEOS DO NOT PLAY, Flight Records only SHOW "MAP LOADING" and the total flight distance and time is not added up correctly.... BUT the most important thing to fix IS THE VIDEOS NOT PLAYING!!!!
