Hello,

i have a dji mini 3 and i am experiencing an issue since the last dji fly app update a few days ago. The quick transfer is very slow around 300kb/s and it says high interference environment. Before at the same place I could download the images/videos with 25mb/s. I already moved to a different place but the issue persists. I saw a few post with the same issue a long time ago but did not find the solution.
Can anyone help me please?

I also have the same problem on my DJI Mini 3 quick transfer.
Also did follow instructions on closing the app and reconnecting again, nothing happens. Transfer rate is stuck at 300ish speed. Sometimes 200.

Some said, to move in the area with no wifi. I am already outside my house, still no luck.

I am using Ip13 iOS 17.6.1

Kind of inconvenience to double transfer the file. From aircraft to rc, then rc to phone.

I hope there's a fix on this the soonest.

The issue of Avata 2 slow QuickTransfer speed has been resolved, and please upgrade to firmware version V01.00.0300 or higher.
The possible cause of Neo's QuickTransfer speed is that you have turned on the Fixed 2.4 GHz switch.
The solutions are as follows:
1. If the drone can be connected to Wi-Fi, disable the Fixed 2.4 GHz (only available on Android mobile phones).
2. Clear the cache of the DJI Fly app, stop the app from running in the background, or simply reinstall the app.
3. Reset the aircraft: Connect the aircraft to the remote controller, enter the "About" screen, and reset all aircraft settings
4. Connect to the drone again and enable the QuickTransfer mode.
If the problem still exists after these operations, please tell us so that we can further analyze.
