I'm new to all this and purchased a controller that looks identical to the one in the neo controller package as wasn't originally sure i wanted to use one.

Anyway...Will this cont'oller work with the neo? I can't seem to update the firmware on the controller either.

“RC231” is the certified model, and RC-N1 is the name of the remote controller. Both refer to the same remote controller. Currently, DJI Neo can be controlled via DJI RC-N3 or DJI RC-N2 or DJI RC 2.

It's literally being sold in the combo with Neo... Reach out to support if you can't get it to work.
