I've had this drone for a few years and am purchasing a different, smaller one. I plan on selling my current drone - Phantom 4 pro. I have not flown it in several months - I packed it up before I moved and it's still packed up. I went to use the app on my small tablet, but the tablet battery won't charge.  How do I deregister it before selling? I followed several discussions on this and found my registered products - however, the drone is not on that page. If I look it up by serial number I can find it, but don't see anything related to me. Do I even need to unbind it? I don't want any problems when I sell it.

I don't think unbinding was an issue with the Phantom series. I had a Phantom 4 Standard, back in 2017. When  I sold it on, person-to-person, the guy who bought it from me had no issues, and yet the Phantom 4 still shows on my list of equipment in my profile. It's only the newer drones where the binding and unbinding becomes necessary.

Hi there, just for your information, Phantom 4 Pro does not require account binding or unbinding. Thank you for your attention.
