Everytime I connect my NEO to my RC2 the spoken voice on the NEO changes to Mandarin. As far as I can see everything on the remote is set to English.

If I re-connect the NEO to my phone and Mobile App it changes back to English.

Why is this happening?

Replied. As stated there are no flight logs. All I need to do is connect it to the RC2 and the NEO voice immediately changes to Chinese. It’s no more complex than that.

Any update on this?  Every time my Neo connects to RC2 the Neo voice changes to Chinese.

I’ve rebooted the RC2
Changed languages in the RC2 to another language and back
Factory reset the Neo

If I connect the Neo to my mobile the voice changes back to English. Connect to the RC2 again and the Neo is back to Chinese.

I tried removing all the languages from the RC2 controller except English.  Still same problem.  Connect to RC2, Drone speaks in Mandarin, and continues to speak Mandarin after disconnected.  Connect to Phone, Drone speaks in English, and continues to do so after disconnected  This is clearly a bug related to use with the RC2 controller.

Just updated my NEO and RC2 to the very latest software and I’m really disappointed that this issue still exists. Are you really fixing this issue or just saying the right things on here to pacify us?

When You connect the Neo with Your Phone,it reverts back to english,after this,connect it with the RC2,but first switch on the RC2 and then the Neo,when You swith them off,switch the Neo off first and then the RC2.This will prevent the Neo from Changing to Mandarin.
