Do you own the Osmo pocket 3? If so, does yours make a weird crackling sound when you switch it on / off?


I reported this to DJI and the technicians have come back and said it's completely normal and the sound is the natural sound produced by the spring when the gimbal axis lock is either unlocked or locked.


Here is a video of the noise, notice it continues once the gimbal is locked. Does yours do the same? If so, can you upload it so I can hear it? My concern is that this is an underlying issue and may become worse after my warranty has expired. If it is just the springs, then fine, it's just weird that it's only just started happening.
