We can register our products via: https://www.dji.com/user/register-product
We could however check the list via : https://www.dji.com/user/products


The last one has disapeared a few day's ago.
Do you have the correct link to our registrated products or is this discontinued?

Just received the OSMO Mobile 3 but cannot register a DJI MIMI account. Saw many earlier messages of the same kind of issue in 2017, but no solution presented. It keeps saying Registration failed. I have an iPhone XR

Hi Vivian, sorry for the troubles, did you follow the video below to activate the Osmo Mobile 3?
If the steps are correct but the issue persists, may we have a screenshot of the error message and the SN of your gimbal?
