3 weeks ago 9/2/2024 my DJI mini 2 repair case was completed, they called me and informed me that they would be sending it, so I should wait at least 2 days. Until that moment everything seemed like it was going to be a complete quality service, but I was wrong, at the moment I am writing this thread I receive a call from DJI tel.852-3571-8862 letting me know that they reviewed the case and that they are sure that I would be receiving the Mini 2 that I have been waiting for since last September 4, 2024 at the end of today, you feel relate! I asked him how he knew from Hong Kong that I would be receiving it, to my surprise he answered was ,with the tracking number. So I asked him which of the 5 tracking numbers i had was the one I was going to receive? The one who came with the drone answered! Something similar happened to you or am I the only one.

send to DJI Repair Service, mi mini 2 in its original box with its carrying bag, all cables, 2 batteries, remote control, drone skin protector, DJI Mini 2 Two-Way Charging Hub, Propeller Strap Holder for DJI Mini 2 Drone and all original cables, the 2 batteries and the remote control.
received today totally different Drone and cant check is working because they sended without batteries and remote controller.

remember Carrying Bag, Two Way Charging Hub, Propeller Strap Holder, DJI Original Cables, 2 Batteries and Remote Controller still Missing. and the drone sent to me isn't my Drone!

I apologize for the inconvenience you have been going through due to this delivery incident, I fully understand your frustration and irritation about such matter. That’s why after receiving your case , I immediately reached out to the related departments for confirmation.

It is to my understanding that you have initiated a repair case CAS-17986356-M8C3R0 almost a month ago, and the first delivery was failed on 6th September due to the invalid address and then sent back to the repair center. after receiving the package we then arranged another shipping with tracking number 1ZE51R540290321949 concluding 2 DJI Mini 2 batteries and one DJI RC-N1 remote control on 17th September and is estimated delivery on 19th September by the end of the day. However, due to we are different companies , I can not deliver such promise myself for it is the UPS who conducts the delivery. That being said,as I was viewing the chat record and e-mails and after contacting with our agents, I am fully aware of the inconvenience and disappointment this logistic issue might caused and the amount of time wasted since we understand that you have already received the package of DJI Mini2 Drone yesterday.

I received a mini 2 drone that is not mine, I don't know if it works because they didn't send batteries or remote control.
