Anyone know if DJI going to update for us Phantom2 Vision Plus owners or was the end of the road for us a while ago  

The Litchi app has follow me and POI.  It's not free but not very expensive.  I haven't tried either one yet so I can't say how they work.  Hope to do it this weekend

I installed litchi on my " not compatible" Hp7 plus tab !

Borrow a compatible device.
Install litchi on it (use your google account temporaly)
Use Helium to save the litchi app on your computer
Use Helium to restore litchi on your non compatible device
Use fakegps to set your location if your device has no GPS
Run litchi.

Same procedure with Ultimate flight.

Nb : helium and fake gps are free android apps.

Of course, each time an update is realaesed, you have to update from a compatible device, backup up it again, etc...
But it works ... and you can keep several versions with you backups !
