Great video, thanks! I've also noticed some strange GPS behavior from my Neo. I've had it suddenly loose all satelite locks just like in our video and try to drift into a wall, and luckily my buddy was standing there and grabbed it and flipped it over to stop the motors. Also see several examples of rapid satelite count numbers fluctuating up and down rapidly from like 15 to 25 satelites, even out in open areas. Minutes later it was flying around with 27 satelites locked solidly. Perhaps some firmware fine tuning needed...

Thanks very much, Manitobahunter.  I've seen a few other videos where the GPS goes bad, typically only for a few seconds.  It could be a Neo bug.

I refreshed the firmware on my Neo this morning using the DJI Assistant 2, and will go for a fly today and see if this affects the satelite lock issue.

Thats pretty much what I bought the Neo for and was hoping they would release firmware to fly it with my Integra Goggles and Motion 2, but it looks lke they are releasing a cheaper version of the Goggles 3 called  the Goggles N3, which they will pair with the Motion 3 and Neo as a package. So I might be out of luck as that would be a marketing move that could hold up or negate firmware to use the Neo with the goggles Integra and Motion 2. I guess time will tell...

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you on getting some compatibility for the Integra Goggles and Motion 2.  Although DJI's track record of making equipment compatible with newer releases is not very good.  They'd much rather sell you some more new gear.  Reminds me of the RC Pro I bought that is now only compatible with my Air 2Sa snd Mini 3 Pro.

I wouldn't count on that. Avata 2 probably supports both O3+ and O4. While Neo probably has O3+ stripped for budget reasons.

Support has answered several times that Goggles 2 compatibility won't be a thing. DJI Support feedback is everything but reliable, tho in this case I think they are right, not going to happen.

Right now I would say not.  I have flown indoors and had a moderate bump on something and lost throttle control.  I made a post about this.

great vid! same experience as my neo. one thing I do like is how stable it is to being messed with while hovering. you can hit it hard enough to 360 a couple times and it still stays flying.

I have used the motion controller but my distance was not very far, maybe 100 to 150m.  It does work OK.
