Hello People
in the last few weeks, I noticed that when I capture master shots with my mini 3 pro ( with DJI RC) the capture of the raw video while flying works perfectly.
I use the DJI fly app on my iPhone to "edit" the template master shots but when I try to do that an error message pops up about the configuration file.
I'm not sure whether the problem is with the drone or with my iPhone because when I tried to edit with templates on the RC it worked fine (not recommended due to low-res and sound not being available)

I was trying to reinstall the DJI Fly app on my iPhone and it didn't help.
i was trying to reinstall the aircraft firmware using DJI Assistant (for windows)
non of them worked.

I'm frustrated and missing beautiful shots in weddings of friends family and customers, please help me and share if you also have this issue or have creative ideas how to solve it -  just don't tell me to edit it by myself, I want the app  

techincal information:
DJI mini 3 Pro with  DJI RC (combo) - latest version per today (21/09/2021)
iPhone 14 Pro Max IOS 18.1 beta ( was official IOS 18 last week but also falied to edit) - DJI fly App - latest version

I have tried everything, including reinstalling my app, downloading and creating a Mastershot from my phone. I have made sure to completely film the entire Mastershot video, so the length is correct as well.
I encounter the same error message, about “Unable to use template without configuration files”. Please help!

as i mentioned before, i have used the latest release of the app avilable in the App store yesterday (21/09/2024) and was also trying to reinstall in yesterday.

to make sure we straight up I validated the version on my iPhone which published last week 1.14.2
the drone version is 01.00.0900

note that on my friend's Android 14 Tablet running the same version (1.14.2)  the editing of master shots works well with no error.

as i was understand it's a common issue in IOS only since on android tablet it's works fine.

about the information you requested:
1. where i can find the app log ?
2. for the aircraft log - do you have dedicated platform? the log is 800MB approx and I'm not sure it supposed to be shared with everyone:
3. send original footage - upload it to where? it's 500MB video

I want to say that the DJI software/app “thinks “ the master shot was ended prematurely. This is rare in my experience. In a 1.5 years across multiple mini pro 3s and 4s… happened twice. Never ever able to get that going. Probably could use the general export of video and use some other auto editing app, but the ease of convenience may be gone
