please note that in android devices i checked the MasterShot works perfectly and error is not shown

I experienced the same issue, everything works well when I view the mastershot on my RC2, but I cannot export it from the remote, and was asked to use the DJI Fly app to generate and export the video. When I use the app, missing configuration file error pops up.
Drone: Mavic Air 3, App version 1.13.10
Phone: iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.1

I’m also having this issue. How can it be fixed?

Please help... Same issue here. I have removed and reloaded DJI Fly. I am using the latest version. Still get the 'configuration files' error.
