After firmware update my Avata 1 stopped working. The circle that indicates the direction, I m using motion controller v1, is gone. If I take off the drone just goes left untill crashes, cant control it. I upgraded all firmware using DJI assistant 2. What can it be? thnx

Please make sure to connect the aircraft using the DJI Assistant 2 software and perform the vision sensor calibration. Then, update or refresh the firmware for all components including as well. After that, check if the issue persists.

thank you for ur reply. The calibration button on assistant 2 is grayed out and I cant press it. Have tried to unistall, others cables and others usb ports. Please help.

It didnt crash, I manage to catch it when I noticed it was unresponsible. I ll try to get a joystick control before I send it, maybe it solves the problem? thnx.

Are you using a computer that has a camera?

I had a similar issue using my desktop computer. When I changed to my laptop I discovered that the camera is required for calibration. I'm not sure why DJI hasn't placed a notification that this is required for calibration.

I bought a FPV RC controller 2 and its working again, none of the above solved the problem, but I thank all who tried to help!
