dji avata 1 prop hitting guards after accident

Hi, I had an accident with my avata where it tumbled from the sky and hit the ground. The guards don't seem to be damaged but now my props are rubbing against the guard. can anyone help before I send it off to dji refresh.

You probably bent the prop guard to where the props hit it while armed. Are you sure there is no signs of any kind of damage to the guard? If that is your problem you dont have to send it back with using care refresh if you have the original avata. They sell a replacement prop guard on DJI website or amazon and you can easily replace yourself. There are plenty of youtube videos on how to replace, also it will save you a care refresh incase you damage camera or motors. Hope this helps

Hi, thanks for the reply. I ordered some more props and fitted them, the drone is flying perfectly. I must have bent the old props out of shape.
