Hello everyone,
I just bought a dji neo fly more combo pack and install the dji fly app on my samsung a 51 phone without any problem but now i want to install it on my samsung a9 plus tablet because then i have a bigger screen but it won't work,the app freeze and i can't do anything the specs of my phone are ONE UI 5.1 and the android version is 13 and the spec of my tablet are ONE UI 6.1 and the android version is also 13
So can someone tell me what i can do to make the app work on my tablet

I have 2 issues after updating Fly App.

1) After updating Mini 4 Pro / RC2 controller with ALL updates (1.14.2 etc) I can NO LONGER select SUBJECT SCANNING.

2) Both of my Air 2S's no longer after 1.13.10 on RC controller (No Update past 1.13.10) and RC Pro now on (1.14.2) I can NO LONGER select FPV mode, option is greyed out on FOLLOW Mode.

Please can you look into this for Both drones as I USE both features .

It seems that i fixed it but i wasn't possible to downloaded from the dji website because then i got a Qr code on the tablet so i had to take a picture of the code with my phone and then scan it with my tablet but that didn't work,so afther a lot of

But there is still a little question about the editor that's available in the dji fly app
Yesterday i made some movies and used the editor and they were perfect i had a very goog picture quality (4K) but when i share them with some of my friends via messenger or WhatsApp they received them in a much lower picture quality, how is this possible and what can i do about it so they receive them in the same quality i have them on my phone

Hi there. We're glad to hear that you have solved the problem. If you can see it normally on your phone, it means there is no problem with our equipment. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. According to your problem, we recommend that you try to update after connecting to the aircraft. Then update the firmware. If it doesn't work, please try to change the network or hotspot to see if the update can be successfully completed. If the problem persists, please contact us again so that we can further investigate.
