Why does the always on display setting turn off the display ?

After a few minutes it turns to time setting on battery power left.

I have activated always on display.
as i said, after a few minutes it changes to remain power left.

I have reset the camera and problem persists. The display shows a hours remaining counter when it "turns off into standby"

However the problem is worse than that as bluetooth voice commands also are not accepted when screen is in this mode.

This is like the OA 4 which had to have a firmware update to fix.

so it turns out the control icon is the opposite to what it say, if you have not green icon OFF.

Then the display does NOT turn off.

always on display OFF will display nothing but black screen  off when recording in 3s(the param you are setting next line)...

yes but it also turns off the LCD when in standby and shows the time.

I think the wording is very ambiguous.
