Hi all,

I have a problem with EXIF files of pictures created by DJI Neo in DJI Fly. When I download pictures (quickTransfer or directly from drone storage), every picture has GPS latitude and longitude values 0 deg 0' 0.00". When I donwload video with subtitles, GPS latitude and longitude are showed OK.

Have got this problem anybody else please?

This is the test photo, which has a tags GPS Latitude, GPS Longitude 0 deg 0` 0.00` and also tag GPS Position with 0 values in EXIF file. Picture was captured with DJI Neo and DJI Fly app with mobile phone (without RC controller). Drone was a few minutes in the air and with clear view of the sky/satellites. It´s not a problem only of this test picture (basically, all pictures has this problem).
For interestingness, if I record video with same setup (DJI Neo, DJI Fly with mobile phone without RC controller), SRT file contains correct coordinates.

Hi, i already have a similar issue. All my photos in neo or air 3, i cant see any exif tag. I download neo photos from djy fly app and air 3 photos from, sdcard.

Hi, yesterday, i had tested Neo after update 2024.09.29 and i have a good news, problem with EXIF and tags GPS Latitude, GPS Longitude is solved. Thank you
