In the setting of RC-N3, already disabled Charing phone function but it still charging the iPhone. (Already latest firmware)

Secondly, try restarting the remote and DJI FLY after turning off the charging option, then check if the phone will still be charged. Thank you for you answer. I did all and phone (iPhone 15) still charge. I have also old phone iPhone SE and this work fine - I can switch ON or OFF the charging. Log enclosed.

Don't you think the problem could be related to USB-C? I also have a problem with my iPhone 15 Pro (USB-C) and your iPhone SE (Lightning) works perfectly.

Does DJI already have any suspicions about what it could be?

My thought is that iPhones prior to 15, which use a lightning connector, work perfectly and only the newer ones with USB-C have this problem.

I have the same problem with iPhone 15 Plus.
When the RC-N3 charges the iPhone, the phone overheats, causing the screen brightness to dim.
This makes it difficult to clearly see the live flight footage.

Hello! I got today my new mini 4k. i am a owner of a i phone 15, i have exact the same problem. Disable the charging button doesn`t work.

Sorry to say But I don't think they will be fixing this one ever.
They don't seen to be interested in helping us any, more and it looks
like to me they have all jump ship now..
