I have two problems. My iPhone 15 can no longer connect to the Neo.
When I search for the device, it finds the Neo, marking it as nearby. But when I try to connect, the message appears: 'Dji Fly' wants to connect to the Wi-Fi network 'DJI-NEO_1E18'. When I press connect, the message appears: connection failed. Then it says to:

• Restart the aircraft and try to connect again.
• If reconnection fails, go to the Wlan settings and connect to the Wi-Fi network manually.
  And none of the solutions work.
  

My second problem is that while trying to fix it, I requested to cancel my DJI account but didn’t disconnect the Neo from the account. So now, since I don’t have access to the account anymore, I don’t know how to link my Neo to a new account.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble caused. Could you please share us a video recording showing the issue for us to have a better understanding ? Also, it would greatly help if you can share us the serial number along with your email address that is connected to your old DJI account via DM.

I have the same problem. Unable to connect the neo to my iphone14. Followed the suggestions to restart and to add in the pw manually. Did that and still unable to connect

Same problem .. but also Quick Transfer will not connect to the iPhone anymore on Neo and two Mini-4 Pro's .. which worked before.  Connecting goes through all the steps, but will not connect.

Have you got Bluetooth turned on, i think its needed

Please follow the recommendations below and see if you can isolate the issue.

1. Kindly ensure the firmware of DJI Neo and the DJI Fly app are the latest. You can download the APP from our official website: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly.

2. Go to Settings - General - Transfer or Reset iPhone - Reset - Reset Network Settings (This will erase all network settings saved.)
