When I generate two diffrent flights individually in DJI Terra, flying from the same base using known coordinate in DRTK2 base, I found some shift in the image produced. Any idea what could be the reson ?

This is why GCPs are mandatory.

Judging by the image, the error is 10 - 5cm, which is largely admissible given the characteristics of the payload.

If you have not put GCPs, you can always go measure the position of the rails to recalibrate the project, because it is not excluded that in addition to having a shift between the two chunks, there can be a global shift.

thanks for reply ! Acutally I have done similar projects a year back using M300+L1 (Older one) . In which i do not face such problem, even without GCP it gives perfect result.
