For some reason my dji rc sound isnt working all of a sudon?
I havent changed anything and i have treid to reset the controller but still nothing and i can seem to find any tutorials online.
Hopefuly this will be resolved in an update soon because it very annoying!

Hi there. Sorry to hear you are having this problem. Could you please tell us what sound are you talking about, all the sounds or the shutter sound? Could you please send us a video of your problem so we can help you better?

The overall sound of the controller isn't working, the tap sounds, the 5th and takeoff voice, obstacle avoidance warnings.
Here is the link to the video of the controller with the sound no working even though its not on mute and the volume is all they way up.

as you can see 4th button works but nothing else does.

Hi there. Does your remote control make a sound when it turns on and off? If not, the speaker of the remote control is broken. We recommend that you send it back for repair. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index

yes it makes a sound when you turn it on and off, its just any other sounds just don't work.

Hello. You can restore the factory settings and see if there is any sound. If there is still no sound, please use your phone to record the playback process, and you need to record the process of adjusting the volume.

I have already tried factory resetting, the power on/off sounds still work.
Here is a video of me showing the volume slider going up and yet nothing is playing.

I’m also experiencing the same exact problem.  No sound coming from controller other than the power on sound.  Tried restoring back to factory settings and still nothing.  Also tried reinstalling the latest firmware but still no audio from speaker on controller.

Yes it’s really annoying, i eventually had to send it to be repaired at dji and it was a buzzer (speaker) issue and it had broken, luckily it was under warranty so they repaired it and sent me it back like new
