Please can you help.

I received a DJI Mic 2 Transmitter with my Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo. I'm trying to update the firmware with the latest firmware settings so I can get it to work with the Action 4.
I download the file into the route directory as specified, however when I power the transmitter on I don't get a red LED light. I just get a green flashing light.

I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong. I've tried this many times now and it's just not updating with the red and green flashing LED light.

I have a Mac. The directory reads: NO NAME, and then I have this firmware pasted in it: DJI Wireless Mic 2 v04.05.01.11.bin.

LED should blink red and green alternatively when a firmware update. For LED information you can refer to page 7 of the user manual.
