The DJI Neo videquality is very good for the low price of the drone but standard not on the level of drones like the DJI Mini 4 and Air 3. With the use of software like Topaz AI and some further editing and tweaking in a videoeditor like Capcut PC you can get good results.
Here is a new dronevideo that I made from enhanced Neo dronefootage with Topaz Video AI en some futrher editing in Capcut PC.

How did you find the process time on Topaz, I tried it and it was very slow on other 4k footage I threw at it.
You need a powerfull pc or Mac and a good graphics card. Clips around 20 seconds only takes a few minutes. A full dronevideo till about 3 minutes takes 2 hours max. on my i7 pc with good graphics card. If you have less powerfull hardware the render can take very long!

It does look good. A direct comparison with the unretouched footage would have been useful.
I have posted a new video with some raw clips of the same Neo footage in raw stiched together. You can find it on my YT channel now and I will also post it separately in this forum soon!
