Yes the lot is part of  Whole Foods. The solar panels go with their brand.

Sure. everyone wants bigger than life and Brooklyn isn't that pretty.

They are huge mega stores with healthier foods, but they only put their stores where their are a certain percentage of MBA educations. We don't have one near us yet. I think that they feel unless there is a certain income level or education not enough people will buy their line. It's a bit stuck up if you ask me.

If you look closely there are also small decorative but useful wind turbines at the end of each solar panel.

Remarkable capture Charles.    Really nice to see al those solar panels covering the parking areas.

I think they have these solar panels to charge cars here. The are lots of aparttment buildi gs where people cant charge their cars at gome.

No doubt that need was a consideration in the planning stages of that build.  Covered carports and solar panels - lovely set up for sure.

That is true. This one is a little far for me. Too much traffic on that route. I wish i had one closer.

Yes, maybe less. My son just moved in with a girl in Bayonne NJ about 10 minutes from us. My daughter is in Staten Island at about the same distance. My daughter should be getting married soon. They aren't sure if they will buy a home in Staten Island or NJ. They are withing 5 years. to that move. My son just started out on his own. I am helping him build his resume for the next opportunity. Hopefully he is about 7 years out. I thin they will both settle close to NJ then I can decide. If they stay near Staten Island I probably won's sell and create a taxable txn. Just purchase a downsized home and rent the current one for income. If they move further out we will see.
