I have another question. The video's i download from the NEO don't work on my computer, either downloaded from the NEO directly or through my phone.

The only player i can see the video's in, is through Pot Player. However, then they play at half the speed crazy enought.
It drives me nuts. I  need them to import to Pinnacle Systems.

I will include a screenshot of what it looks like.


Any help would be welcome.

My guess is that it's because it's been recorded in H.265 format (can be changed to H.264 in the settings in the DJI Fly app when connected) but if you install VLC player it should work for you.

As suggested in reply #2, you may install the VLC player and test it to see if it can isolate the issue. If the problem continues, please keep us informed.

To DJI Diana: I've been using VLC for over 20 years now but it wasn't able to play the H.265 videos. And now, thanks to Swedrone it works like a charm.

PROBLEM SOLVED!

Ive been having the same problem... now it is swapped to 264 the 4K is playing fine.. through VLC... but still not playing when using 265 recording....Luckily I found this thread, I nearly returned the thing as faulty...
