I purchased a DJI NEO from Amazon Canada and it appears to have an email already bound to it. Amazon states it is a brand new in box item, which it appeared to be. The email is rai**@me.com so I can not see the whole email. How does one remove this email and bound m account to my new NEO drone?

Send it back to amazon,  it's locked to the owner of that email and is certainly not brand new.
