Well, if the are flying a DJI unit, they won't be flying anywhere close to the stadiums since the last NFZ patch. Same goes for cities, parks and states that have enacted their own NFZ areas.
I haven't seen the 333 exemption issued to them, but they can only have persons named operating the unit. Might get interesting if all of the people certified to fly are off on other adventures and you get the NFL Redneck pilot that's never flown before. This isn't going to turn out well.
Just pulled up the exemption, and the people that filed for this one aren't very smart. The only approved UAV's are the DJI Innovations Phantom 1, DJI Innovations Phantom 2 and the DJI Innovations Inspire 1.
