I have seen multiple youtubers mentioned that keep texture -2 and Noise -2 for best natural result, why so ?? What is the best way to get sharp footages straight out of camera ??

If you want sharp footage straight out of the camera leave the default settings. With texture 0 it may be a tad too sharp but it depends, it's very personal taste.
Anyway, the texture parameter in the Action 5 is different from the sharpness parameter in the Action 4. While keeping texture at -2, there is still some sharpening applied and this is annoying for those who want to work everything in post.
I understand that DJI does stats on the customer base and acts accordingly, but you cannot name "Pro" a camera that misses such basic settings IMO.
Anyway, try texture -1 and NR -1. NR depends on your taste about polished or slightly noised footage in low light (as said, i keep -2 everything because i do NR in post when and if needed).
