Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.
We apologize for the unpleasant experience. May we confirm if DJI Neo is not able to be connected to the DJI Fly app via Wi-Fi? If so, please follow the troubleshooting steps below and see if you can isolate the issue.
1. Check if the device is in the linking mode with the remote controller.
2. Check if this device was connected to another smartphone before. If DJI Neo was connected before, turn off the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on that smartphone, and then shut down the DJI Fly app to make sure they are fully disconnected. Then it is able to connect DJI Neo to the new smartphone.
3. DJI Neo only supports Wi-Fi on the 5.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency bands. If the Wi-Fi of the smartphone is on a different frequency band, it will not be able to establish a Wi-Fi connection with DJI Neo.
4. Check whether all permissions of the DJI Fly app are enabled
5. Check whether the VPN function is turned off
6. Choose aircraft Wifi in phone's Wifi list and connect to this Wifi manually (need to input Wifi password manually)
Please let us know if the issue persists. |
