Worst service ever my controller stopped working and had never been dropped device was reported to DJI and was meant to be sent in however my dad passed away and I left this for too many months then when I did they claim it’s my fault the controller malfunctioned and claim the frame of the drone was also crack which it most certainly wasn’t when I packed it up …. Now it’s being treated like a repair and as far as I’m concerned it’s a violation of Australian consumer guarantee law
Not the first one of these “ malfunctioning “ controllers is complained about either.
Next step is to contact the AFCA and lodge a formal complaint for breaching the Australian consumer guarantee law.
