New DJI Security Audit! Is This the END of the DJI Ban?

Nice find DA.    Interesting update on the issue. However, this audit is never a guarantee that it will help resolve the dispute but definitely worth a shot and a step in the right direction.  Also, would have been nice if FTI would have tested it on DJI Fly App vice just the DJI Pilot 2 App since more non-commercial pilots use the Fly App.

Both good points,   but it does seem pretty damning that yet again there is no sign of "spyware" in there.    Not forgetting that the Flyapp will work offline anyway.

Hoping the elected officials will see it as a positive thing to consider in their deliberations before voting.

Removed from the NDAA bill but it is it's own bill now and received full bi-partisan support in the House so this whole issue is NOT dead.

Ive missed that completely then,  or it's not been reported on as heavily.

I thought we already knew from the beginning that the DJI proposed ban had nothing to do with security... That was just the lame excuse they used... It has always been about those US company that want complete control of the US drone market...

If DJI wants to be happy in the US, they should try to bribe those politicians that have a direct conflict of interest with those companies... Money is always the safest best bet, especially around politicians...

I don't think for a second that it is a US thing only...

It happens all the times and allover the world... The entire society we live in is based on greed and corruption...

Here in Australia, we have some of the worst political corruption in the world... The main difference is that we are only 20 people here, so we don't make enough noise to make it into the news...

We have it here,  but they usually do it under the guise of money for clothes.
