Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out! Regarding your concern, please follow the steps outlined below to address the issue:
1. Check Aircraft Status: Ensure the aircraft is in takeoff mode, and all vision sensors are disabled to conserve power when not in flight. Once the aircraft takes off, all vision sensors will be enabled automatically.
2. Check APAS Settings: If the aircraft is not in Sport mode, please check if APAS is enabled. The vision sensors will not function if APAS is set to "Off" instead of "Bypass" or "Brake."
3. Ensure the flight environment meets the operating conditions for the vision sensors. For instance, it should not be too dark. Please refer to the User Manual for detailed conditions.
5. Inspect for Blockages: Check if the vision sensors are obstructed by foreign objects or any mounted third-party accessories. Remove any obstructions, restart the aircraft, and try again.
6. Calibrate the Vision System:
a) Post-Storage Calibration: After long-term storage, the vision system may require calibration. The DJI Fly app will prompt you, and the aircraft will perform auto-calibration. This is normal.
b) Regular Flight Calibration: The vision system is automatically calibrated during regular flight processes. If automatic calibration fails and the error persists after a restart, please send back the aircraft for further inspection.
