I was very happy with my new Neo until I looked closely at the photos and noticed a vertical green line in photos. I believe this is a sensor issue but open to suggestions. Formatted the drone but that didn't help. Away for a month and all the photos I plan to take look to be ruined.

(1) Please confirm that this file has not been edited and that the original file from the internal storage is being used.

(2) Please share the firmware version. Ensure that the troubleshooting is conducted using the latest firmware or when the firmware version matches the drone’s version.

(3) Confirm whether the issue appears on all images or just some images (i.e., check the frequency of occurrence for imaging errors).

(4) Please confirm the environmental temperature.

DJI, your reply points 2 & 3 refer to microsd card, the Neo doesn't have a  microsd card  ! It has 22gb of internal memory.

(1) Files weren't edited besides marking up the issue mentioned.
(2) Firmware set to latest version: 01.00.0300
(3) Issue appears on all images (photo and video) but more pronounced in brighter environments - higher exposure levels
(4) Temperatures were between 20-25⁰C

After inspection, since the issue persist across photos taken with the drone's internal storage, it is recommended to return the drone for repair. Please contact our relevant team at https://www.dji.com/support for more assistance with the request to open a case if the issue persists.

Regarding the sensor issue, could you provide the aircraft log that includes the test time, if possible. This would allow us to analyze the situation more effectively.
