Two of my friends both lost their drones, a Phantom 3 Advanced and an Inspire One.  They were both sent RMA'S.  You replaced the Inspire One with a brand new one and gave my Phantom 3 friend the offer of a brand new Phantom 3 Advanced for 500.00.  He did not even supply you his drone because it was lost!  For me, you want to replace bad parts and refurbish a crashed craft due to a firmware failure for 652.00!?!  That is absurd and unacceptable.

Was the I1 sent in ?

You can't expect DJI to replace a craft they have not seen.

If you can provide the craft and the logs then DJI would do the rite thing,

did they provide the tablet logs ?

They sent me the invoice with not one word on my letter of how the firmware destroyed it.  I sent them the craft and remote in the original box.

bad wording.  My two friends each sent their own drones, a P3A and and I1.  I sent my Phantom 3 Advance.

Basically DJI wont cover you unless you can send them the craft to inspect.

I was saying that my friends had similar problems and did not physically have the drones to send in.  I on the other hand sent mine in complete with the original box.

DJI-TIM, I need your help as well.  
I returned my P2V+ v.3 for RMA review in July because of stress fractures appearing in the airframe arms(No crashes or hard landings).
I was informed that my Phantom was being replaced "as a courtesy" and a FedEx shipping label with tracking number was ordered by RMA Torrence, CA.
Neither DJI nor FedEx knows where my replacement is and I have nothing except the additional P2 batteries that I purchased from DJI and was instructed not to return.
So far, I am out the $1,200 for the P2, $130 for the extra battery and $63 to ship it back via UPS.

We opened a case with FedEx, 0921537726.  We also sent you that info.  We are dealing with our vendor FedEx and are waiting for them to investigate.  This takes time and we apologize for your inconvenience.  This is not our issue but that of FedEx.

Thanx Tim.  It is interesting that FedEx informed me that the issue was with DJI in their Search #0904521965.
Who do suppose is right?
I sure do hope that someone can find or replace my P2V+ with something that will fly.
