No, the message say that you are in an altitude zone, limited to 150m.

Iam not German language native user, but at my level, the translation is perfect.
I would say : "150m Höhe erreicht."

Also keep in mind that 150m is an indication from DJI. This does not reflect the European regulation at all, which is a maximum of 120m.
In addition, local restrictions may apply.
