The Horizon Balance mode does NOT work for 20 seconds of any new recording.
4k HLG 24fps

Having the camera on before recording or between recordings is still a problem.

I have spoken to multiple people about this who own the camera and it would appear to be a common problem.

DJI I really need this to be fixed as this is a deal breaker for me and I will have to refund camera for refund if its not resolved soon.

I have the same issue
to me is related to Quick Start , when you press record button the OA5 powers up and start recording with a tilted horizon that is then adjusted in 4-5 sec.
Initially i was powering on the camera and start recording later and did not observe the same behaviour.

I kept at 60fps and  sucker still adjusts I gave up with it
