Received my USA Neo beginning of this month, got the bundle with the charger pack and also bought the DJI 65W wall charger.
Manual says if charging the battery while inside the Neo, that a 5V 2Amp, (10w) input is required. The DJI 65W wall charger has a dedicated 5v 2A output, perfect. When I plug that into the Neo the lights flash twice then stop, nothing more. It wont charge. Tried unplugging the charger, cable, powering on and off the Neo, etc, same thing, lights falsh twice then noting more, (let sit for 10+ minutes, it doesnt charge, but it acknowledeges a charger was plugged in).
If I plug in the other higher wattage cable from the 65W charger the lights flash twice, pauses for a second then starts to charge the battery, as it should with the 2A input.
I'm concerend this may be bad for the battery as its being fed by a higher Wattage supply than the manaul calls for, yet the exact charger and power supply it calls for wont charge it?
Also, when charging all 3 batteries in the charger pack, usign the higher capacity side of the charger it only charges one battery in the pack at time vs all three at the same time, manual says it should charge all three simulataneuously.
Anyone elese experince this with their 65W charger and Neo?
